GMA Anti-discrimination Statement:

Georgia Model Aviators, Inc. (herein after “GMA”), is a Georgia Non-Profit Organization and governs itself in accordance with the Laws of the State of Georgia. All definitions regarding the legal status of a person or persons will fall under the mandates and guidelines of Georgia Law.

GMA will not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, religion or sex and will continue to take action to make certain measures are in place to guard against discrimination in the application and new membership process, during inquiries for and carrying out fines or penalties during disciplinary reviews and actions regarding safety violations or other “GMA” rules and/or safety violations. Furthermore, “GMA” will not discriminate during the renewal process of current members nor will “GMA” engage in removing or terminating a current member on any one or more of these bases.

Due Process:

“GMA” takes our statement of anti-discrimination very seriously. If any Member or Applicant feels they have been discriminated against for any one or more of these bases, they are to notify any current Member of the Board of “GMA” in writing. A full investigation will occur, in which the Board, by majority vote will rule in accordance with this policy. If discrimination has occurred, the Board of “GMA” will take immediate, affirmative action on behalf of the offended and consider disciplinary action against the offender(s).
